| Synopsis |
Ranasingam (Sathyaraj), a rich landlord has 5 daughters. Even though he loves them dearly, his long cherished wish is to have a son who can take care of his assets in the far future. He begets a son and names him ‘Gunasingam’ (Karthi). Gunasingam grows up to a successful farmer. He comes across a beautiful girl, Kannukiniyal (Sayyeshaa) and falls in love with her. But Gunasingam’s sisters don’t approve of their love affair. Meanwhile, there is a customary fiance of Kannukiniyal who also comes in the way of Gunasingam. On top of all this, Ranasingam strictly lays down a condition that Gunasingam can marry Kannukiniyal only with the consent of his sisters. How he overcomes all these hurdles and marries his lady love is the rest of the movie. |
