Here are a few highlights to look out for:
Farewell Party (Mita Tova)
“Farewell Party” is a unique, compassionate and unlikely funny story of a group of friends at a Jerusalem retirement home. When a rumor of their “assistance” to their terminally ill friend begins to spread, more and more people request their help, leaving the friends to face a life and death dilemma.
The Opening film is directed by the talented duo, Tal Granit and Sharon Maymon. They will be in Singapore to engage in a

after the opening screening on Thursday, 22 September at 7pm!
Who’s Gonna Love Me Now?
The documentary film explores the complex relationship between Saar Maoz, a gay man and his religious Israeli family. Saar moves to London and discovers that he has contracted HIV. When he breaks the news to his family, they struggle with their fears and prejudices. With the support and warmth of his surrogate brothers - the London Gay Men’s Chorus – Saar begins reconciliation with his biological family.
The film won the Panorama Audience Award for Best Documentary at the 66th Berlin International Film Festival earlier this year. It will be screened on Saturday, 24 September at 08.00 PM.
