(Singapore, August 15, 2011) – The Smurfs are lost in the Lion City! Find them at several locations, take a picture with them and email it to promo@smurfs.com.sg. The 3 most creative photos will win attractive Sony Electronics prizes and Smurf premiums, including a Sony Bravia TV, Sony Vaio and a Sony Handycam.

Contest period is from 15 August to 11 September 2011.

Oh and we've got word that the Smurfs have also been spotted at the open field above Raffles Place MRT. They're attracting too much attention, especially during the lunch hour! Visit these locations and you'll notice that people of all ages seem to be fascinated by the Smurfs! You'll find them taking pictures with their camera and 'smurf'ing' about them! Hopefully there isn't any 'Gargamel' to come and capture the Smurfs.. Haha..

About The Movie
The Smurfs make their first 3D trip to the big screen in Columbia Pictures’/Sony Pictures Animation’s hybrid live-action and animated family comedy, The Smurfs. When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the Smurfs out of their village, they’re forced through a portal, out of their world and into ours, landing in the middle of New York’s Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.
