The Roald Dahl Story Company has collaborated with a star-studded line-up of global stars and filmmaker Taika Waititi to retell Road Dahl's "
James and the Giant Peach
”. The project will be titled “
James and the Giant Peach, with Taika and friend
”, and it will be available on the
Road Dahl Youtube channel
as a ten-episode short series.
Episodes will be uploaded every
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 am Singapore Time
. The line-up of celebrities is — Ryan Reynolds, Cate Blanchett, Lupita Nyong’o, Cara Delevingne, Cate Blanchett, Jamie Cullum, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Hemsworth, Liam Hemsworth, Gordon Ramsay, Eddie Redmayne, Meryl Streep, Tessa Thompson, Olivia Wilde and Archie Yates.
