'Goodfellas' actor Ray Liotta has sadly passed

Prolific actor Ray Liotta, whose most familiar for his breakout role in Martin Scorsese's 1990 crime classic Goodfellas, has sadly passed away at the age of 67.
Liotta reportedly died in his sleep in the Dominican Republic, where he was shooting the film Dangerous Waters. He leaves behind a daughter, Karsen and at the time of his death, was engaged to be married to Jacy Nittolo.
The late actor who was better known for his big-screen roles (Field of Dreams, Phoenix, Unforgettable), also dabbled in television. He most recently starred with Taron Egerton in the upcoming Apple TV+ series Black Bird, recurred on Prime Video’s Hanna, fronted the 2006 CBS crime drama Smith and starred opposite Jennifer Lopez in the 2016-18 NBC police drama Shades of Blue.
