The Official Trailer for David Fincher’s Mank, Starring Gary Oldman is here

The film, Mank is a retelling of the story of Citizen Kane writer Herman J. Mankiewicz as he struggles to finish the screenplay of Orson Welles’ iconic film.

Due to release on December 4th, Mankiewicz will be played by recently-crowned Oscar winner, Gary Oldman. Starring alongside him are Amanda Seyfried, Lily Collins, Ferdinand Kingsley, Tom Pelphrey and Arliss Howard, with Tom Burke as Orson Welles.

Mank marks the first time director David Fincher has returned to the big screen since Gone Girl, and has directed Netflix’s chilling drama ‘Mindhunter’.

Not only does the movie gives us a glimpse of a brilliant screenwriter, the black-and-white film transports us back to the 1930s Hollywood itself.
