The film adaptation of Delia Owen's Where the Crawdads Sing finally has a trailer!

The coming-of-age story follows Kya ("Marsh Girl") as she grows up on the Carolina coast. After being abandoned at the young age of 6, she lives in stark isolation in the marsh as she becomes a talented naturalist and falls in love. The town is shocked when news that local heartthrob Chase Andrews is found dead and it isn't long before people turn their attention towards Kya as a suspect.

The film stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Taylor John Smith, Harris Dickinson, David Strathairn, Garrett Dillahunt, and Ahna O'Reilly. It is directed by Olivia Newman based on a screenplay from Lucy Alibar.

Where the Crawdads Sing will feature a brand new song from Grammy Award-winning artist Taylor Swift. The song "Carolina" can be briefly heard in the trailer.
