Renee Zellweger plays the legendary Judy Garland in “Judy” biopic

The first trailer of 'Judy' drops, documenting the legendary singer, Judy Garland in the tumultuous later half of her career shortly before her death.
The film follows Judy Garland (Oscar-winning actress Renée Zellweger) as she performs a five-week run of her sold-out concert in a nightclub in London. It picks up from the late actress after her career-defining role in The Wizard of Oz and is struggling to balance motherhood with her career.
After she is turned away from the hotel as she owes them money. Judy and her young children look for a place to sleep. As Judy takes pills, her daughter asks that she doesn't fall asleep. "These are the other ones," she responds.
“Judy” explores Garland's final days before she died of an accidental overdose at the age of 47 in June 1969.
Jessie Buckley, Finn Wittrock, Rufus Sewell and Michael Gambon also star in the movie, of the Rupert Goold-directed film.
Judy is set to open InCinemas this September
