Alice is Back. Milla Jovovich Returns to Nightmarish Raccoon City in ‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’.

As the title indicates, this will be the final chapter in the film franchise series which stars Milla Jovovich as Alice, the only survivor against humanity’s last stand against the undead. From the official synopsis (see below), the movie picks up after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution.

With five films grossing a total of $915.9 million worldwide, the video game adaptation movie series is the most successful action-horror franchise of all time.. and yes, one of the most successful female-led franchise in movie records.

[Synopsis]
Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity’s final stand against the undead. Now, she must return to where the nightmare began – The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.

The film also stars Ali Larter, Shawn Roberts and Ruby Rose, and opens InCinemas 2 February 2017!
