WarnerMedia Announces New HBO Asia Original Series Titled “Workers”

HBO announced that they will be releasing a brand-new Asia Original Series titled ‘Workers’. Let’s find out what is it all about!

‘Workers《做工的人》’ is created a by the team behind the six Golden Bell Awards-winning series, The World Between Us《我們與惡的距離》. The series is based on a best-selling novel of the same name. Filmed in a real construction site in Taiwan, Workers stars a stellar cast, including Golden Bell-winning actor Christopher Lee 《李銘順》 and Alex Ko 《柯叔元》.

Synopsis: Ming-qi, Quan and Chang are construction workers who daydream about being rich. They resort to countless outrageous get-rich-quick schemes only to make fools of themselves. Despite these setbacks, the trio of happy-go-lucky workers continues to be optimistic. Nothing will stop them from their pursuit of becoming rich beyond their wildest dreams!
