OSCAR BLOG #8: Did we predict correctly? Refresh your memory of this morning's Oscar winners!

What a frantic and exciting week! The Oscars are finally over, with the Academy bestowing the greatest honour in film, in the form of a little golden man, on deserving winners. There were memorable moments galore in a successfully organized ceremony, hosted by the brilliant Billy Crystal, who kept the whole event running smoothly without any glitch, and kept it on time!

We didn't predict for the categories for short films, but here are the winners...

Best Documentary Short: SAVING FACE

Yay! Out of the 21 categories for feature films that we had predicted last week, we scored 15 wins for predicting actual winners, 4 for predicting correctly the dark horses and 2 losses. We achieved a prediction accuracy of 71.4% or 90.5% (if including dark horses)!

A repeat telecast of the Oscars will be shown on FOX Movies Premium (StarHub TV Ch. 622 / 662 HD) on Monday 27 February, 8:30PM (SGT).
